Policy Resolution 7, Pet Policies, outlines grounds for complaint and finding of a community nuisance: A. Pets running at large; B. Pets damaging, soiling, defecating on or defiling any private property or the Common Areas; C. Pets causing unsanitary, dangerous, or offensive conditions; D. Pets making or causing noises of sufficient volume to interfere with other residents’ rest or peaceful enjoyment of the Property. The association takes the concern of the community seriously and will investigate, solicit assistance to identify owners, and pursue enforcement remedies. We have received an influx of complaints recently. You must pick up after your pet in common areas. You cannot allow your animal to soil on any private property other than your own. If your own yard has a large amount of waste, please dispose of it properly. It is unsightly and unsanitary, especially for your neighbors. Used Greeting Card Drive - A local Daisy Scout troop is collecting used, leftover, or new greeting cards, i.e.: Birthday, Holiday, thank you cards…etc. They will be sending these to the St Jude’s Ranch, which will use the recycled cards to make new ones, and the proceeds from
