Sign up required: www.SignUpGenius.com/go/508054EABAA2B0-teen1 Playing by the Rules – Association staff conducts quarterly community wide inspections for the proper operation of carriage lamps (the lamps located on individual residential lots). These inspections are conducted in the evening and all owners with non-operational fixtures at the time of inspection will be sent notice. If you are experiencing trouble after attempting to replace the bulbs, some suggestions to consider are:  

Check the breaker or GFI switch associated with the fixture. It could be that the breaker or GFI switch may need to be reset. The sensor or photocell may need to be replaced. These typically have a life span of a few years. Most national home improvement stores have them in stock or an electrician can perform the replacement. If these steps do not restore the light to operation, an electrician may be necessary to further troubleshoot the problem, or if you are still under your builder's warranty they may be able to assist you.

COUNTY CORNER Play Youth Rugby! – Loudoun Youth Rugby’s (LYR) first clinic was a success with over 50 boys and girls in attendance. LYR is conducting a second rugby clinic from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 4th at the Loudoun Soccer Park located at: 19798 Sycolin Road, Leesburg, Virginia, 20177. The clinic is free and kids that didn't attend the first clinic will receive a team t-shirt. The theme is introduction to rugby for boys and girls ages 5 through High School and coaches will teach rugby basics and conduct scrimmages for each age group. The Rugby Virginia Boys Tackle seasons are in the spring and summer for age groups, U-13, U-15, and High School. The Rugby Virginia Touch (non-contact) Coed season is in the Summer for age groups U-7, U-9, U-11. Rugby Girls tackle and touch are also offered in the Summer for ages 12 through 15. Spring practices start in late February and Summer practices start in May. LYR is offering a touch rugby skills for age groups U-7, U-9, U-11, and U-13 girls in the Spring.
