Pool Trespassing and Vandalism – The Association has already experienced its first case of trespassing and vandalism at the Community Center Pool. This is an act that is taken seriously and will not be tolerated. The Association will prosecute anyone found trespassing or vandalizing the pools. LCSO is aware of this and additional patrols have been requested. BCA’s private patrol contractor will take similar actions. Talstar Application – The application of the pesticide Talstar has been delayed due to the rain this past week. Rescheduling of the application is being considered for next week and will be announced when finalized. Metro Rail To Loudoun – Have you emailed your LoCo Board of Supervisors yet? It appears that the LoCo Board is split on whether to support the Rail coming to Loudoun or not. The BCA Board’s position is clear; they unanimously support Rail coming to Loudoun. The economic development and alternate form of transportation is clearly a benefit to Brambleton and the County. Dr. Stephen Fuller’s recent study on the issue backs the BCA Board’s position on this matter. Please take a minute to educate yourself on the issues surrounding Rail to Loudoun

and let the LoCo Board know how you feel about the future. The Impact of Metrorail on Loudoun County’s Economic Future By Stephen S.
