Reminders About Pets – The Bylaws of the Association and Loudoun County Ordinance require that pets be on a leash at all times when on the common elements of the community. We have received recent reports from residents of attacks from unleashed dogs while on common elements of the community. All residents want to enjoy their time out and about the community with their dogs without the threat of harm to themselves or their pets. The by-laws and Loudoun County Ordinance require that owners of pets walking upon the common elements must promptly clean up after their pets. Trash Removal – The two Condominium Boards are considering changing trash vendors and would no longer be participating in the Recycle Bank Program. The Board of Directors for both communities would like your feedback on this matter. AAA has also informed the Residences that they changed their recycling time to 7:00 a.m. on Friday mornings. Please ensure you place your recycling bins curbside the night before pick-up to ensure your bin is emptied. During routine inspections of the community, it has been noted that homeowners are not restoring their trash bins in a timely fashion. Please be mindful that trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Please do not put trash bins or recycling bins curbside until 7:00 p.m. the night before pick-up and remove them from public view by midnight the day of pick-up. All garbage and trash must be placed in the proper receptacles designated for refuse collection and no trash shall be placed elsewhere on any common element. If you need to obtain a new trash bin, please contact AAA at 703-818-8222. We thank you in advance for your cooperation. Front Doors – During routine inspections of the community, it has been noted that homeowners have started to paint the front doors to their condominiums. Please note that the front doors do need to be cleaned, but please do not paint the front doors.
