Celebrations Catering Menu

OSU Celebrations Catering is a full-service catering company offering great food and professional service on the Oklahoma State University campus or at any other location. We are able to serve small private lunches, large served or buffet style banquets, fun barbecues and special receptions. Our delivery service can bring refreshments, hors d’oeuvres and meals directly to your office or event location. Or if you dine on the OSU campus, we can serve you in whatever room or location you choose. Our guide lists the main goods and services provided by Celebrations, but your choices are not limited to these selections. Please contact us and we will work with you to best fulfill your needs with a customized menu for your occasion. In addition to great food and exceptional service, we offer an assortment of napkins, tablecloths for your event. We look forward to helping you create a memorable event.

Policies Menu pricing Prices quoted in the Celebrations Catering guide do not include sales tax. The prices in our catering guide are based on current market conditions and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on these conditions and will notify the client prior to the event. Events occurring outside the Student Union may incur an additional service charge or facility surcharge. The facility surcharges are as follows:

• Wes Watkins Center 5% of food only • Conoco Phillips Alumni Center 10% of total bill

Deliveries Deliveries within the Oklahoma State University campus will incur a $35.00 setup/pickup fee. Off-campus deliveries incur a $50.00 fee plus mileage. Please note that a drop-off to a single location with disposable serving pieces that does not require setup will only incur a $20.00 fee. Linen is not included with a drop off service. Sustainability Celebrations Catering is proud to support Oklahoma State University in the sustainability movement by offering the following green products: coffee cups, beverage tumblers, wood stir sticks, sugar cane based begasse plates, compostable napkins, and flatware. Service-ware All service-ware should remain at the original location of the event. Service-ware removed from the catering event will be charged accordingly. Linen Service Standard linen will be provided for all catering tables, buffets and served meals. Additional linen can be provided for an additional charge.

China Service A standard setting of china will be provided for all events located within the Student Union. If additional china or flatware is needed, it can be rented based upon the fees listed below. Functions located outside the Student Union have the option of disposable wares or rental of the following:

• China place setting $1.75 per person • Cups/stemware $ .35 each • Plates/saucers $ .35 each • Flatware $ .25 each

Attendance Guarantee To ensure your event is successful, it is important that we have an accurate guest count. An approximate guest count should be provided at the time of booking your event. A guaranteed guest count is required three (3) business days before your event. At this point, your number may increase, but not decrease as our preparation has already begun. An overset of 5% will be prepared and set up to a count of 300. For parties over 300 there will be an overage of 15 meals and place settings prepared. However, identical menu items are not guaranteed. The price will be 1.5 times the regular cost for each person served over the guaranteed number. Special meals requested including vegetarian or diabetic must be confirmed prior to the event. Special meals added by a guest or client during the event are subject to additional charges. Cancellations If it should become necessary to cancel an event, please notify your event specialist as soon as possible. A cancellation fee will be charged for orders cancelled within three (3) business days of an event, based on food and labor costs accrued up to the time of the cancellation. In the event of late cancellation due to inclement weather, Celebrations Catering will make every attempt to keep the cost billed to the customer at a minimum. Food Removal Policy For the safety of our guests it is our strict policy and the policy of the Payne County Board of Health that all food remaining at the end of an event is properly disposed. Therefore we cannot allow guests or clients to remove any remaining food or beverage from an event.


Payments Oklahoma State University departments and student organizations can make payments through University Bursar or accounts. Individuals or community groups without a university-approved account must make a 50% deposit, required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance for the order is due three (3) business days prior to the event. Major credit cards, cash and checks are accepted. Sales tax will be added to each order unless a copy of the tax exempt certificate is provided prior to the event. Any incidental charges incurred during functions will be added to guest’s account. Any discrepancies in count or charges should be identified and resolved with management prior to departure. A late reservation fee of 20% will be assessed for any catering event orders placed within three (3) business days of the desired event. Catering orders placed without sufficient notification will be subject to a limited menu and service availability. Liability Liability for damage to the premises will be charged accordingly. Celebrations Catering does not assume responsibility for personal property and equipment brought on the premises. Celebrations Catering assumes no responsibility for personal items left unattended in function rooms or coat racks. Labor Charges Attendants are provided for full-service and buffet meals for the first two (2) hours. Additional charges will be assessed on events and programs delayed 30 minutes or more or those ending beyond the planned time. A fee of $20 per hour per attendant will apply. Additional Attendants Services that require additional attendants will be assessed a fee at a rate of $20.00 per hour, per attendant for a minimum of four (4) hours (includes one hour setup and one hour breakdown). Events that include additional attendants include but are not limited to all “live� stations such as omelet stations, carving stations, cake cutting stations, chocolate fountain and sundae bars.


Catering Amenities Additional items are available for special events. Available items include ice sculptures, cotton candy machine, chocolate fountains, champagne fountain, popcorn machines, moon bounces and more. Contact your event specialist about availability and pricing. Parking Parking for the Student Union is available in the attached parking garage for a nominal fee. Special parking arrangements can be made through the event specialist at 405-744-5232. Contract To ensure the accuracy of the details regarding the planned event, a contract will be sent to you regarding the details we discussed in our initial meeting or call. Please review the contract for accuracy; if there are any discrepancies, contact us immediately. Before signing and returning the contract, review the Celebrations Catering cancellation policies and procedures . Extended Room Services Our facilities allow the accommodation of a wide range of activities from weddings and banquets to receptions, intimate dinner parties and outdoor barbecues. Celebrations Catering provides services to all campus locations. Room reservations are the sole responsibility of the client. To guarantee your reservations in one of these spaces, a non-refundable deposit is required, which will be applied to the final bill.
