Southbourne

Boscombe

There are many reasons to pop along to Southbourne with its pretty, coastal high street. You’ll find bistros, coffee houses and independent retailers, as well as food, health, gift and craft shops all within easy reach of Hengistbury Head Nature Reserve - a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). Boscombe bustles with a selection of independent stores, cafés and Bournemouth’s only regular, open-air market (on Thursdays and Saturdays). A great destination for antique shops, retro clothing and second-hand gems, there is also a vintage market in Boscombe Arcade once a month. Be sure to take a walk down to Boscombe beach and try one of the many activities on offer at the Coastal Activity Park.
