On behalf of the committee of Listowel Food Fair, I would like to welcome you to our 25th annual festival. The Food Fair is a celebration of all elements of the food chain from farm to fork and tide to table. A special thanks to our sponsors without whom we couldn’t stage such a diverse and exciting programme of events and our guest speakers who have honoured us with their presence. I would also like to acknowledge the participation of the business community of the town including our restaurants,cafes, bars, pharmacies and retail outlets. The festival is now a proven platform to promote and brand our town as a quality gourmet destination.
