Each sector is then covered in the book with a number of rides in each area as with other Vertebrate mountain bike guides attention to detail, easy to read directions and clearly route marked OS route maps are prominent plus a multitude of superb colour pics.As a motivational tool this book is a massive encouragement for mountain bikers of all ages and abilities to simply 'get out there and ride' in fact wherever you live in the country there's enough ride information and ideas to keep you occupied for a considerable length of time!Chapeau must go to authors for the considerable time and effort involved it must have taken in putting this book together - I'm sure they had a lot of fun doing it though!
