RARE WHITE TIGER SEEN IN THE CLOT Concern was raised in early June, when a rare white tiger was spotted laying in the sun, in the popular El Clot on the edge of Gran Alacant. We did poke it with a stick, but it did not move!!!! It really does make you despair when you see the way in which people dispose of their rubbish!!!!!
This summer could see many problems with parking around our coast with so many of the areas being fenced off.

Our wonderful beaches and sea around our coastline, have been awarded numerous
blue flags and tourism flags for this summer. The only beaches that did not get the blue flags were the beaches where the Council has built the nice areas with trees and seating. Believe it or not, this stopped the full blue flag award!!!!!!!
There are several different beach bars appearing now for the summer season. (see pictures opposite). These bars will be accessible at night by a tourist train from Santa Pola. The train will run along our lovely coast road and arrive on Gran Alacant at the Yellow Submarine at the Carabasi Complex. Initially from June 12th it will run weekends only until going every night from July 16th until 30th August. It leaves Santa Pola at midnight, 1-30am, 3am and leaves Gran Alacant Yellow Submarine at 12-45am, 2-15am and 3-45am. If there is demand, it is hoped that it will run during the day, for a scenic trip along our lovely coast and giving access to beach drop offs. It will all be about demand. If it始s used it
