Many people love to eat seafood. The sheer variety of seafood available in the markets and restaurants, ultimately deserved an issue devoted to it. The copiousness of the sea, cannot be taken lightly.
Like how one dissects the tiny cavities of the crab to get it's sweet flesh, we have gone down and dirty to write about the bounty of the sea. This issue mirrors the abundance of the sea with it's variety.
