Stellenbosch to host 11th national transplant games The 11th SA National Transplant Games will be held from 9 October to 11 October in Stellenbosch and Cape Town. This is a great opportunity to increase organ donation in the region and spread the sports practising amongst transplanted South African people. Athletes with transplants from all over South Africa will gather in Stellenbosch and Cape Town and will get the chance to visit and travel the region. The Transplant Games Association of South Africa (TGASA) was established in April 1994 by a small group of organ-transplantees, who felt the need for an organisation that would promote an active lifestyle and an involvement in various sporting activities to transplant recipients. “Our vision as a purpose-driven sports organisation, is to be a leader in optimising the quality of life of organ transplant recipients, and through sports and other physical activities, promote organ donation and transplantation,” says Hermann Steyn, vice-chairman of the Western Province transplant sports association and a member of the organising committee. “These goals have been pursued ever since and a South African team has been to every

Ongelukkig leer baie entrepreneurs hierdie lesse eers wanneer hulle geld verloor. Daar is ’n Engelse spreekwoord wat lui “The devil is in the detail.”

Spelers oefen volgens ouderdomsgroepe. Kontak die rugbyakademie by 021 887 7432, of info@stellenboschrugbyakademie.co.za, of besoek ons webblad (documents/ school clinics) vir volledige inligting.

betrokke is.
