Modalités Les modalités de vente sont soit en argent comptant ou un chèque payable le jour même à l’emplacement de la vente à moins que des mesures de crédit n’aient été établies préalablement. L’enregistrement ne sera pas transférable avant qu’il y ait règlement.
Terms The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable at sale location unless satisfactory credit arrangements have been made previous to the sale. The registration paper shall not be transferred until after settlement is made.
Litige En cas de litige, les enchères seront réouvertes entre les parties concernées. S’il n’y a pas d’autre offre, l’enceanteur considérera la dernière offre comme étant l’acheteur. La décision de l’encanteur sera finale.
Dispute In case of disputes, bidding will be reopened between the parties involved. If no further bid is made, the buyer will be the person from whom the auctioneer accepted the last bid. The auctioneer’s decision will be final.

Purchaser Responsibility Each animal becomes the responsibility of the purchaser as soon as sold.

Announcements Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed information in the catalogue. Buyers are therefore cautioned to pay attention to any such announcements. Certificate of Registry The proper registration papers will be duly transferred and furnished to the buyer for each animal after settlement has been made.
Certificat L’animal offert est éligible à l’enregistrement et le vendeur se tient responsable du transfert dudit enregistrement. Les certificats d’enregistrement doivent être transférés à l’acheteur par le vendeur sans charge.
Breeders Guarantee As per applicable Canadian Breed Association Breeding Guarantee guidelines. Copies are available at the sale settlement desk to be picked up by the buyer at any time. In no event shall the seller be responsible for reimbursing more than the purchase price.

Accidents Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers, neither Ferme Gagnon Inc., consignors, Sales Manager or auctioneer assumes any responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability, legal or otherwise, in the event of accident or loss of property. The above terms and conditions of the sale shall constitute a contract between the buyer and the seller and be equally binding to both.
