This document contains key messaging for CC3. The key messages are separated into sections, “transitional” and “core.” The transitional messages are designed to help you discuss the new corporate name and identity with customers and prospects, while the core messages are more enduring in nature.

Please note that the name of the company is CC3, not “communication concepts,” despite the fact that “communication concepts” does appear in the logo in order to maintain a link to our past and ease our transition to the new name.

Key Messages

“5 To the Power of 3” represents the fact that five separate companies have been integrated into a new, single entity, CC3.

The number 3 focuses on the company’s ability to deliver services in the areas of “Campaign Planning, Campaign Execution and Continuity/Loyalty Campaigns.” The 3 in CC3 also represents the approach to customer satisfaction and service that the company employs – providing clients with a 3-person team comprised of individuals from sales, customer service and operations; accessed through one contact point, for the development of direct marketing programs. The 3 in CC3 also represents the company’s 3 decades of experience in the direct marketing industry, from its beginnings in 1972.

The name CC3 also communicates that, while the company is focused on clients’ needs, it is leveraging the power of its past. The “CC” reflects the five companies that existed prior to integration, all of which contained the word “communication” or “concepts” within their names.

The circular graphic (also known as the “landmine” or “birthday cake”) represents the fact that CC3 works with clients employing either an acquisition or retention strategy (or both), then enables clients to access our services through one or more areas of business (planning, execution, continuity/loyalty). We then work with our clients to decide whether the message is delivered through offline or online methods, or a combination of both.

By integrating CC3 business units, we have at our command more than 500,000 square feet of east and west coast production capacity. Our operations feature more than 50 laser printers, 100 inserters, and six- and ten-color web/litho capabilities. Our technology infrastructure includes mainframe, server and Web-based platforms, Web-based workflow tools, and state-of-the-art call centers that offer Web connectivity and VoIP. Our facilities and equipment are capable of producing and distributing more than 1 billion pieces per year.
