BNE the proven partner Belize Natural Energy is the pioneer oil and gas exploration and production company in Belize. After 5 years of exploration, production and development, BNE has developed capacity to explore, produce and market oil and gas in a cost efficient, and environmentally sound manner. At the end of 2010, Belize Natural Energy was producing on average 4,000 barrels per day of crude from (11) producing wells in the Spanish Lookout Field. BNE started production from (3) producing wells at the Never Delay Field in March, 2011, and declared two more discoveries to the Government of Belize (Rock Dondo and Cayo West).

Downstream- Value Added BNE’s Gas Recovery and Processing Plant processes the associated gas from the Spanish Lookout Field into fuel gas (for internal power generation) and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) for sale on the local market. Current production levels can supply 2530% of the Belize LPG market at a competitive price. Additionally, BNE is researching the possibility of a Diesel Production Unit for the production of farm grade diesel, naphtha and Light Fuel Oil (LFO).

Marketing & Logistics

Proven ability to market Belize Light Crude International sales of Belize Light Crude (BLC) were made to Recope (Costa Rica), Koch Supply and Trading Ltd. (Corpus Christie, Texas, USA) and Exxon Mobil (Nederland, Texas, USA). BLC was also exported overland to Exxon Mobil in El Salvador.

BNE improved its sale price by indexing sales to Louisiana Light Sweet (LLS), a marker crude that better reflects the properties and trading characteristics of BLC. In June 2010, BNE achieved a milestone of delivering a cumulative 100 cargos of BLC to international markets.

Safety

State-of-the-art monitoring and control Monitoring Systems - 24 / 7 • Security cameras • Tanker truck remote monitoring system • Well performance and safety devices • Gas Plant parameters • Tank levels monitoring • Radio and telephone management • Emergency number - 0800-CALL- BNE

BNE monitors and controls vital operations 24 hours a day, year round from a state-of-the-art control room facility. The control room ensures operational efficiency and plant/personnel security. Monitoring includes BNE Facilities, the crude oil tanker fleet, the gas recovery and processing plant and other operations.

6.

Environmentally Responsible

Picture depicts simulation exercise • BNE Embraces (8) International Finance Corporation Performance Standards (IFC) • API standards – Storage tanks • Oil Spill response Plan – Partner with the National Emergency Management Organisation, Belize Defence Force, Belize Police Department, and Belize Emergency Response Team (BERT). • Monitoring programs (air, water and noise) • Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) land transportation plan • Fire Crew certified and trained for crude and chemical fires

Social and environmental management system Operating in a safe and environmentally conscious manner is priority at BNE. BNE operates according to the International Finance Corporation’s Performance Standards & Guidelines and to a great extent the ISO 14001 Standard, OHSAS 18001 standards and industry good practices. BNE's Social and Environmental Management System is externally reviewed every year. The 2010 Social and Environmental Review was conducted by consultant Jill Shankelman of JSL Consulting and included an assessment of the implementation of BNE’s Social and Environmental Management System (SEMS) components and the overall effectiveness of the system. Ms. Shankelman found that:

“It is evident from the site reconnaissance and meetings with BNE staff and with external stakeholders that BNE is a well-managed company, and that the staff has a strong commitment to operating in an environmentally and socially responsible way.” BNE has a Social and Environmental Management Team with primary responsibilities for ensuring proper implementation of the Environmental and Social Action Plan (ESAP) and more generally overseeing BNE’s environmental and social performance.

Oil Field Companies

Network of Support Companies BNE has established relationships with a network of support companies that have the capacity to complete all stages of drilling and production.

Supporting companies include: • Oil field supply company • Well logging services • Mud logging services • Shipping vessel

Lucy PG: This Lucy was built to high standards

and specially designed from the outset for trading in shallow and coastal waters. A special cooling system enables the Lucy to navigate in

shallow muddy waters without the main engine overheating. The vessel was designed and is operated to first world standards by the owners inhouse management team, meeting or exceeding all Major Oil Company requirements for tankers of her size.  She is classed with Lloyds1 and has enhanced safety features, such as an onboard inert gas generating plant for cargo spaces and voids which is not a general requirement for a vessel of her size. The Lloyd’s Register Group is one of the world leaders in assessing business processes and products to internationally recognized standards. The company aims to deliver complete lifecycle and risk management solutions to help ensure the safety, integrity and operational performance of assets and systems. 1
