Park and Entry Plan

Landscape Element Development and Updating of Specific Plans

BMLA can prepare the landscape site development sections for new and existing specific plans. We can provide information on walls, fences, planting, irrigation, monuments and recreation elements. The service includes text, plans, sections and sketches necessary to communicate the design intent. We will analyze the jurisdictions existing codes and guidelines and for suitability for the proposed development based on design and conservation trends.

Value Engineering and Constructability Evaluation

BMLA can review and evaluate your existing landscape project in terms of the current construction costs in order to identify savings or potential budget busters. We also provide constructability review of landscape projects in light of California Assembly Bill 1881 (Landscape Water Conservation), American Disabilities Act and California Green Building Codes.

Construction Document Development

BMLA can prepare Plans, specifications and details for scopes of work allowable under the Landscape Architects Licensing Act. A result of being the prime consultant on many large scale park project we have professionals who can provide the architectural, engineering and environmental services that may be needed for most projects. We can package a team upon request.

Construction Support Services

BMLA can provide construction support in the areas of on site landscape inspection, facilitating contract grow programs and nursery based plant material approval.

3D Modeling & Project Fly through Videos

BMLA can prepare digital models of projects that can be used for public presentations for entitlements. We have prepared models to assure public entities of design impact mitigation.
