Responsibilities include utility billing and collections, customer service, cash management, payroll, accounts payable, purchasing and inventory control, debt management, financial reporting and budgeting. Primary responsibilities in the area of recruitment and selection, organizational development and training, employee benefits, policies and procedures administration, retirement and vendor relations.

Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the town’s electric distribution system. Also oversees streets, fleet maintenance, and sanitation divisions and administers the residential and commercial solid waste/recycling contracts.
