BOOMERANG “Last� has two contradict meanings. As adjective it means the final while as verb it means to continue in time. The concept of last is to be experienced by the visitors through the manipulation of sequences of visual and physical experiences. 02 The design is to be seen first but unfolded last.

THE MEMORIALS

of world war II in Thailand

The design base on the concept of hiding and suppressing not only from Japanese soldiers during the war but also the feeling about the war. Using this hiding atmosphere contrast with the expose atmosphere, ironically reflect the two side of Thailand during WWII. The hidden part of the design represent the colaboration to Japanese which we later deny while another part represent the Free Thai Movement which we later accepted to take part as winner country.
