PRISM Brain Mapping Practitioner Certification Program Improve Your Self • Develop Your People • Sustain Your Business
WORK PREFERENCE STABILITY PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS
What is PRISM? PRISM is an online-based people development and assessment instrument for identifying human behaviourial preferences and enhancing performance. The PRISM Model of Human Behaviour has been developed by the Center of Applied Neuroscience and can be used at any level of an organization
where interpersonal relations are important – from customer facing departments to the boardroom. PRISM has been designed to simplify the complex physiological workings of the human brain and translate them into a practical multipurpose management and development tool.
Become a qualified practitioner of the PRISM suite of instruments and work with the questionnaires, access a range of the professional reports, interpret the results and conduct feedback sessions with individuals and groups. Integrate the PRISM suite of instruments into your practices and use it within a wide range of applications, covering recruitment, learning & development as well as coaching interventions. Attending the PRISM practitioner certification course will empower you to use PRISM materials in a participative and compelling style, as well as gaining an in-depth understanding of the various outputs and how they are interpreted.

What Previous Participants Say About The Program Anyone could be forgiven for thinking that as the PRISM instrument is based on Neuroscience the language and terminology of the course would be very technical and scientific, but this is not the case at all. Dr. Wallace delivers the PRISM Brain Mapping message in an easy to understand layman's language with humour, anecdotes, fun and empathy. There is a terrific balance throughout the 3 day program between learning, interaction and practical
group sessions, creating an ideal environment for putting into practice the skills and knowledge that one absorbs throughout the different sessions. Overall, a great program, wonderfully constructed and delivered, and more than anything a great product to better understand and manage people. I. Radley, Managing Director
