In this course you will gain an understanding of the methods of Johannes Vermeer,
Grace Cossington Smith, Margaret Olley, Henri Matisse, Peter Godwin, Luke Sciberras, and more. Beginning with basics, colour, form, tone and perspective are explained simply and clearly. Students will then explore in greater detail the relationship of shape and colour, using light to observe variations in tone that aid drawing and painting depth of field.
