AMARANTH

It is also known as amaranth, native plant of the Andes that has a fine and smooth texture. It is a source of essential amino acids. QUINOA

CHULPI CORN

Chulpi Corn is known and appreciated worldwide for its special flavor and size. It comes from the Peruvian Andes, it is usually consumed toasted (called a court) as an accompaniment to meals or as an aperitif in drinks. In this cereal we find beta-carotene, rich in carbohydrates, proteins and some minerals such as magnesium. Mote corn is mild in flavor, floury texture and does not contain gluten. Due to its polysaccharide carbohydrate content, it is an excellent source of energy. ALGARROBO It is a sweet root with a high nutritional content, rich in fiber, glucose, fructose and sucrose. It has carbohydrates, carotenoids, minerals such as potassium, iron, magnesium, calcium, zinc, iodine, selenium and vitamins B (B1, B2, B3, B6), C and E, in addition to folic acid, recommended in pregnancy and lactation stages. High proportion of polyphenols, making an insoluble and virtually non-fermentable dietary fiber. It does not contain gluten and provides us with essential amino acids in concentrations that meet WHO standards.

GOLDEN BERRY It is a small round fruit with a delicious aroma and bitter and sweet and sour taste. At present, it is considered one of the five best foods produced in Peru for health. Powerful antioxidant, with high content of vitamins A, B and C, calcium, iron, potassium and phosphorus, which strengthen the immune system and improve the performance of cardiovascular functions. PANELA It is a natural sweetener that is obtained from the evaporation, concentration and crystallization of sugarcane juice, which is then granulated by shaking. It is composed mostly of sucrose and in lesser amount for fructose and glucose. It contains enzymes, fiber, vitamins A, and some of the group B, C, D and E, minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, copper and iron. It is not refined or centrifuged, this gives the panela a dark hue and makes it contain essential minerals.

PURPLE CORN This variety of corn, whose cultivation dates back to pre-Hispanic times, is a healthy heritage for humanity.
