Cakes di semi per uccellini Ingredienti per 6 tortine 6 g gelatina in fogli, 3 cucchiai farro, 3 cucchiai orzo, 3 cucchiai grano, 3 cucchiai semi di girasole, 4 cucchiai di muesli a base di cereali e frutta secca (quello che consumate a colazione).
Immergere i fogli di gelatina per dieci minuti in acqua fredda. Nel frattempo scaldare 250 ml di acqua, aggiungere la gelatina strizzata e mescolare fino a farla sciogliere. Aggiungere i cereali, i semi e la frutta secca, mescolare e distribuire nelle
