Spend a Sunday getting closer to your food. New Ground Farm is a small, USDA certified organic vegetable farm located on the east side of Bloomington. They will host an open house from 3–4 p.m. with a tour from 3:20–3:50 p.m. Sycamore Run Farm offers the chance to learn about the latest techniques in regenerative farming and livestock management in a setting with a strong link to southern Indiana’s past. A meal of soup, bread and cookies featuring ingredients from the farms will be offered at Sycamore Run Farm.

2020 Performing Arts Series Call to Musicians The Performing Arts Series takes place at a variety of venues around Bloomington and showcases local musicians. Applications will be available at bloomington.in.gov/concerts online on October 7. Completed applications must be received by Friday, December 13 at 5 p.m. to receive full consideration. There is a $10 application fee that must be submitted with the application. Performers are selected based on type and quality of performance, availability, past performance record, and cost.
