9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

I head out to my internship — I handle various of projects for the medical center during this fall semester. I’m trying to cut down on coffee so I mostly drink cold water and follow my own to-do list of things that I need to prioritize for the day.

12:30 PM – 1:45 PM

Campus-bound where I attend one class for the day and we do a lot of in-class exercises and learn about population health. I usually listen to my monthly playlist on my way to class, check emails during my break and meet up with my sister, Sophia, to talk about anything interesting we saw on our social media feeds… like today was Harry Styles’ releasing his covers with the publication, Another Man. It was beyond stunning, a masterpiece.

2:00 PM – 5:30 PM

I have various errands like grocery shopping for my failed attempts of meal prepping and eating a healthy lifestyle. Truth be told, it’s not easy like you see on YouTube, but the recipes I find on there are awesome. Liv’s Healthy Life, From My Bowl, Kitchy Kitchen and Laura in the Kitchen are my favorite YT foodie channels. At this time, I will also follow up on emails in my inbox, check social media, communicate with my staff on  certain projects, jam to some music with the A/C blasting in my room and get ready for my night class (I have three night classes a week, sigh). For now, I am on Pinterest adding more goodies to the boards.

Note: I intern five days a week and attend my university courses four days a week. I rely so much on my wifi or cellular data to stay connected with all of the emails and collaborations. Any time I have a break, I am working on replying to emails, focusing on a creative direction for a shoot or finding potential talents that would be the best fit for a particular issue. I have to do multiple tasks, but I absolutely love what I do. No complaints, just behind the scenes.
