One of my most notable weight loss stories is attached to Sione Fa from "Biggest Loser" season 7. Sione came home after just one week on the ranch and was challenged to lose as much as he could while home for 30 days. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to train him for that short period of time and we lost 25 POUNDS in really just 3 weeks time!
