The Bridgewater Hall required an EPOS solution which could ensure consistency and control throughout the site, covering all of the different areas, such as the Charles Halle restaurant, the Bridgewater Hall shop and the various bars. This presented a unique and complex challenge for Bleep, due to the multiple industry style site set up, but also with the usual events venue and arena issues needing to be considered. Bleep installed a bespoke EPOS solution that worked effectively in all areas, despite the differing needs. Speed and reliability were pivotal in the success of this installation, as the Hall hosts hundreds of performances every year, servicing millions of customers.
