We would like to thank you sincerely for attending our 2014 iCALM Retreat. As a venture that is just about to celebrate its third birthday, we are both heartened and humbled by your support. It is no secret that we are passionate about the Concierge and Lifestyle Management industry and creating iCALM has truly been a labour of love for us both! It is our goal to assist our members to become as successful as they dare dream within this exciting industry. In our fourth year, our goal at iCALM is to finally roll out the Diploma of Personal Concierge and Lifestyle Management. We believe it is essential to create a benchmark for the industry so that it remains highly reputable and operates with integrity. There will be more developments as the Institute grows, and we always welcome input and inspiration from our members so please keep chatting to us. We just love it! She has worked for some of the world’s best known business and consumer publications, in North America, the UK, and Australia. These include News Ltd, the Toronto Star, Reader’s Digest, Australian Consolidated Press and Fairfax Ltd. Over the past 15 years she has assisted several startups from concept through to IPO, and played a senior communications and general management role in ventures including m.Net Corporation, CAS Systems, Forge Group, Integeo, NetPriva, MGM Wireless, and many more. She has delivered media workshops and pitch training to hundreds of organisations. She is State President of the Public Relations Institute of Australia (PRIA SA), and has extensive board experience with the ICT Council for South Australia, The Adelaide Network and the Australian Interactive Media Industry Association.


Alexandra Blakemore, Owner, French Navy “I don’t mind making jokes, but I don’t want to look like one.” Marilyn Monroe With a background in the advertising industry, having worked for some of the world’s largest agencies, Alexandra Blakemore (otherwise known as Miss French Navy) is all about style, stationery and good manners. When not designing her latest stationery range or providing thoughts on entertaining, etiquette, style and manners, you’ll find her adding to her impressive collection of coffee table books and sending copious thank you notes.


Indy Hilditch, Owner and Head Designer, IndyVisual Social Media and Online Networking Indy Hilditch is the Senior Designer and Online Marketing Consultant at indyvisual. Founded in 2007, indyvisual provides design and marketing services for small to medium sized businesses both here in Australia and overseas. She is dedicated to helping business owners get the most out of the marketing strategy by focusing on consistent branding, effective website development, consumer relationships, social media networking, search engine optimisation and link building. Indy prides herself on being an entrepreneur and juggles her busy work life with an even busier family life. Her dream is to help businesses succeed in the online space and convert their marketing efforts into sales and income. She is passionate about educating business owners and helping them implement and manage a strong marketing strategy for their business.


Elliott Hayes, Director, Find Time Elliot Hayes has worked across seven different industries – ranging from telecommunications to film and television to corporate training and development. It was during his tenure as manager of one of the top Optus franchises in Australia that he began to develop his skills as a trainer and educator. He has been delivering training programs and keynote presentations on productivity, sales and communication skills for over seven years. During that time, Elliot has worked with over five thousand people, including some of the top companies in Australia, helping them to improve their performance in the key areas of productivity, sales and communication. He is also one of the few accredited trainers in Australia in the ‘KnowBrainer Innovation Training’, specialising in innovative sales and marketing strategies. He has featured in BRW, and his clients have included carsales.com.au, Australia Post, Telstra, Department of Justice, and Optus. Elliot is also a qualified tai chi instructor, trained actor (formerly known as B2 from Banana in Pyjamas!) and writer.


Kelly Baker-Jamieson, Managing Director, The Edible Blooms Group Building a million dollar business from the ground up Kelly Baker-Jamieson established Edible Blooms in September 2005 in Brisbane when she was 28 years old. In that time, her business has quickly established itself as a national gift delivery business with stores based in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Auckland. Edible Blooms is forging ahead to create their own market niche, primarily through a strong online presence at www.edibleblooms.com.au as well as new complimentary gifting sites www.greenthumbgifts.com.au, www.theflowerstudio.com.au and also a dedicated hamper gift website to be released early 2014.
