Enjoy a stroll through town or take in our beautiful natural surroundings on one of our well groomed trails or along our lakeshore where you can enjoy a picnic, BBQ, swim or overnight stay at White Swan Park. Take advantage of our trailside exercise equipment. We also offer our water park; just a block off the highway. It’s a favorite for children who need to cool off while running through streams of water and sprinklers. This park also offers a variety of playground equipment and space to burn off that extra energy. For those who are more adventurous, try out our modern skate board park. Or take a hike and enjoy the scenic vistas from the trails on Mouse Mountain which provide a near 360 degree view of our community, the lake and the surrounding area. Fraser Lake is located along Highway 16 in north central British Columbia. We are surrounded by natural beauty and opportunities for adventure. Within a 50 mile radius, we can

boast over 170 lakes of all shapes and sizes. After seeing and experiencing all there is to see in Fraser Lake, consider one or all of our nearby adventures. The Stellako River is renowned for large trout and designated for fly fishing only, When the waters slow, after spring runoff, the Stellako River is a great place to tube or canoe. Be sure to wear your PFD. Several Lodges on Francois Lake provide an excellent setting for an evening campfire and an early morning fishing opportunity for rainbow trout or char. The shortest river in the world, the Nautley River, is located at the east end of Fraser Lake. It leads into the Nechako River where you can just keep on paddling and paddling and paddling. With almost unlimited opportunities for canoeing, boating, swimming, fishing, sight-seeing, hiking, and cycling during the warmer months and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, skating, hockey, curling and ice fishing during winter months, why wouldn’t you want to come here?. Our area is a beautiful natural playground. Come join us in Fraser Lake. Bring your camera to record your memories.

Events for Fraser Lake Mouse Mountain Days Festival The Mouse Mountain Days Festival is an annual family event that takes place during the first week of July. It involves music, friendly competition for kids, fireworks, barbecue picnic lunches, and local baking. This event is fun for all ages, so bring the whole family. Contact the Village: 250699-6257.

Fraser Lake Arts Festival Come and take in this 2nd annual arts festival at the Fraser Lake Recreation Centre August 12 & 13, 2016 starting at 6:00 pm. The event ends on the Saturday evening at White Swan Park. This is a free family event! Lots of activities and workshops for both parents and children alike! Fun for the whole family!
