Brahma Kumaris World Spiritual Organization The work of the Brahma Kumaris is inspired by the vision of a world where every individual can develop to his or her own full potential as a human and spiritual being, and live in harmony with others and with the natural world. Internationally, the organization was established in India in 1937 and has established a network of over 8,500 centers in 100 countries.

Raja Yoga Meditation Raja Yoga Meditation is a method of relaxing, refreshing and clearing the mind and heart. It helps you look inside to rediscover and reconnect with your original, spiritual essence – thereby restoring a functional and healthy balance between your inner and outer worlds.
