August was an amazing month for the BJGT. The Kisby Cup Tour Championship, presented by Blackburn Chemicals, was a real nailbiter. Outstanding golf from Josh Thorley, Adam Copeland and Billy Spooner produced a real surprise on the 18th Green! Branston was the venue for the Tour Finalwatch the video to relive the day. The 2011 Season finished with our Par 3 Championship at Nailcote Hall - 18 Holes of really testing golf. All results on the website.

The Season Opener at Magnolia Park This is the ideal course for players to start their 2012 Tour – the 18 hole par 72 Championship course for Elite and Development, and the 9 hole Par 3 for the Academy. Great Golf – and no early tee times! Magnolia Park Golf and Country Club is the new Home Course of the BJGT, and is just off the M40 near Oxford; it will give you the chance to see the first ever Motion Golf Studio in the UK; and the event comes with FREE FOOD for all players!

The Woodhall Weekend Play both courses at Woodhall Spathe home of the EGU. The Hotchkin ranks as one of the Top 50 Courses In The World and every golfer wants to play it just once at least. The Bracken is a newer course, used for training our England International Juniors. Stay at the official Golf Hotel, and enjoy both these stunning courses on the BJGT Woodhall Weekend!

From the BJGT to the World! Remember that the BJGT is the qualifying authority for both the Asian World Junior Championships in Jakarta and the Callaway World Championships in San Diego.

Half-Term Here we come! Redbourn, Tuesday 25th October: Redbourn is a great golf facility with an 18 hole course for the Development golfers with a CONGU Handicap, and a beautiful 9 hole course for the Academy players. Both courses are ideal for young golfers. Redbourn is only a mile from Jct 9 of the M1 in Hertfordshire. Boavista Golf Resort, Portugal 22-29 October: A practice round and 54 holes of golf at this beautiful resort, and the entry fee includes villa accomodation, and access to the driving range, spa and swimming pool!
