6.0 APPOINTING ASTECO-NEXT STEPS 6.0 APPOINTING ASTECO-NEXT STEPS

• The Association Manager will be assisted by an on-site Building Administrator to oversee the hand over whilst executing the day to day operations of the development, manage and control monitor the whole site for Hard Services, Soft Services and Subcontracts coordinating with appointed FM technical position and point of contact for owners enquiry and payment of service charge.

• The fee for provision of our services is AED 35,000 per calendar month. The above fee allows for a resource of the Building Administrator.

• Liaise with the Client for any clarifications or requirements of the building, ensuring that all requests of clients are attended to

• Monitor the KPI’s and ensure that the SLA’s are being executed and provide periodical reports to the OA Board.

WE WOULD BUDGET IN THE REGION OF AED10,000 PER MONTH. (THIS ASPECT OF THE PROPOSAL CAN ALSO BE CONTRACTED AS A COST PLUS RESOURCE SHOULD THE CLIENT REQUIRE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT DUTY/SKILL SET)

• Support would be provided as necessary by our accounting team and supervised the Head of Association Management and the Director of Property Management.
