REFLECTION There goes my Semester Four, the refelection part is where I give myself the opportunity to put words in as a final conclusion towards my personal performance in this module, specifically DETAILED WORKINGS & DRAWINGS.

From this module, I have been enhanced my learnings towards better technical drawings. To my knowledge now, the design industry does require a different level of quality drawings, at the same time being able to understand the drawings produced, along the way, us students were given an industry-level guide, in order to prepare ourselves for our internship program that will be held soon in coming september.

Apart from that my lecturers had done the best possible way to deliver all lectures and tutorials for me to understand clearly with anything related to this module, I think it is best to highlight these parts in our reflections especially during this post-pandemic era.

My personal thought on my performance upon completing this module is that i have in a way gathered more learning outcomes, a level higher on understandings and new knowledges gained from beginning to end of this module, all thanks to my much appreciated lecturers, i can safely say that the

basics

are

well

kept

in

mind,

while

having

enough

room

for

improvements on advanced drawing quality.

Another

vital

aspect

would

be

the

passion

that

needs

to

exist

while

performing the tasks given, and i would say i enjoyed myself completing each work planted out by my lecturers, both individual and group, as everything compliments the fairly given task and execution time.

ASSIGNMENT THREE

UBBL USAGE MATERIAL SELECTION SUSTAINABILITY AND GREEN EFFICIENCY Dimension of staircases (1) The rise of any staircase shall be maximum 180mm high and the tread of staircase shall be minimum 225mm wide according to the bylaw 106. The dimension of risers and tread forstaircase should be equal and consistent.

(2) The width of staircase should be construct according to the by-law 168, normally astandard width of a main staircase minimum are around 1200mm overall strings.

(3) The depth(Length) of landing shall not less than the width of the staircase, becauseaccording to the law, the width of landing slab in each flight should same with the width ofstaircase in each flight.

Furthermore, the length of the landing should be at least equal to thewidth of the tread.
