Miracle Home Check Given at Blazer Game

The company is 30! At the December 21 Trail Blazer game, Russ Newcomer made a presentation during half time that showcased our support of the Doernbecher Children’s Hospital Foundation. The check represented the $15,000 agents and staff have donated to the Children’s Miracle Network for Doernbecher’s through the Miracle Home program and other fundraisers. Russ was joined on the court by Alan Mehrwein, Lake Oswego branch manager, ??? from Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, and Gresham’s Shar Giard, chair of the RE/MAX Equity Group Foundation. A number of children who have benefited from Doernbecher’s care, along with their families, were also invited to the game. It was another great way our partnership with the Blazers increases our visibility to our communities, not only as a business but as an investor in our communities. For more information about the Miracle Home program, go to eTools.

The Canby office celebrated the holidays at the home of branch manager Bill Reif.

Broadway receptionists Karly Petri and Donna Yost are joined by Broadway agent Pegi Cope to spread holiday cheer in the office.

Susan Colton of the West Hills office spearheaded a drive at the West Hills office to provide Christmas for a local family in which the mother has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and the 3-year old has been diagnosed with leukemia. The father is unable to work while he cares for his family, which includes another child.

The Hillsboro office celebrated the holidays with a lunch at the Jackson School House. Branch Coordinator Jeannette Braun and agent Tran Baunach donned Santa hats for the festivities while Suzan Hopman and Liz Cox added the elf element to the party.

The Suburban Southwest Office once again did their Imani House Project for the holidays. Santa’s work shop was discovered in Chris Monty’s office where she stashed the presents she and her crew of elves purchased over the weekend with funds contributed by the agents. This is the 16th year the Suburban Southwest Office of RE/MAX equity group has shared Christmas with this Janus Youth Organization home. Following a Tuesday sales meeting the office got together to wrap the presents giving Chris back her office. A couple of days before Christmas the gifts were given to the boys and dinner was shared with them. This year the boys got for an extra special treat - Tony Byers and Pat Brewer took them to a Blazer game!
