Pledge for Community Service Programme Please read carefully and know the expectations of entering into community & social service learning project. After you sign the pledge, share the information with your parents and have them sign that they are also aware of this imitative. Remember, your service hours will e recorded in your semester end reports. I pledge to be honest in all situations with service projects I choose, including the keeping of true record of service hours in my portfolio. I will show my commitment by turning up on time and in appropriate attires when ever or wherever I am expected. I will be well prepared for all my appointments and commitments. I show maturity by asking questions or clarifying tasks when I am unclear of the expectations. I will be responsible for maintaining my COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAMME Journal. I will follow the guidelines given by the service coordinator. I understand that COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAMME experience I enter into will benefit community and myself. COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAMME Evaluation Criteria When completing COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAMME activities it is important to keep the following criteria in mind. These criteria will guide you in your choice of COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAMME activities and will be used to determine you achievement level (grades) for your Semester report.
