Rules for sublease giver ยง 1. Conditions for sublease Paragraph 1. To be able to sublease, the sublease giver shall have lived in dormitory for at least 12 months. Documentation must be sent. Paragraph 2. It is not allowed to enter the private leases. Agreement for subletting will be done by contacting Room Allocation. Paragraph 3. Sublease cannot be done in connection with moving from the dormitory. Paragraph 4. Sublease is made at least 3 months and a maximum of 6 months per running 12 months. Paragraph 5. There may be make an exemption to ยง 1 Paragraph 4 in specific exceptional cases, for a maximum of 12 months per running 12 months. Exceptions must be obtained from Room Allocation. Paragraph 6. Sublease can only happen for the whole month going from first in a month.

ยง 2. General Provisions Paragraph 1. Sublease giver can find a sublease taker. If the sublease giver cannot find a sublease taker, Room Allocation may try to help them. Paragraph 2. Sublease giver is liability for sublease taker caused damage by reckless behaviour. Paragraph 3. Sublease giver must provide a contact address, including name, address, telephone number and email address. Paragraph 4. By subletting normal rules for moving applies. Paragraph 5. Sublease can only be inhabited by the maximum of the original lease contact inflicted numbers. Paragraph 6. Circumvention of the rules for subletting or attempts to do so, pursuant to ยง 1 and ยง 2 are illegal and will be sanctioned by Room Allocation.

ยง 3. The economic conditions Paragraph 1. The dormitory can keep sublease giver responsible for any loss of rental income, if there is not found a suitable sublease taker is for the whole period.

Paragraph 2. The amount set forth in ยง 2 Paragraph 2 payable by sublease taker to the Administration. If payments are not made on time, then sublease giver will be liable for the full amount.

ยง 4.

The basis for sublease

Paragraph 1. Sublease giver must submit an application for sublease to Room Allocation within 6 weeks before the proposed sublease. Exemption application under ยง 1 Paragraph 5 must also be submitted to Room Allocation within 6 weeks before the proposed sublease. Paragraph 2. The application must include a reasoned justification for sublease and further provide evidence that supports the application (e.g. contacts at lease). The following may serve as a basis for applying for sublease: 1) Study trip abroad a) Documentation i) Admission papers from the university abroad and a statement from the careers advisor at your school, about your stay abroad ii) Project work in a company must prove that it is associated with a project, you have to deliver at your home school 2) Study related project a) Documentation i) Must be relevant to your education. Send a reasoned application to be approved ii) Evidence of stay 3) Internships a) Documentation i) Documentation from the internship and a statement from your careers advisor on placement is part of the education

4) Military duty a) Documentation i) Call-up Paper 5) Self illness (severe) a) Documentation i) Medical or other similar documentation Paragraph 3. Consideration of an application pursuant to ยง 4 Paragraph 1 will take a maximum of 4 weeks, and the sublease giver will be provided with a written decision on the sublease was granted. Paragraph 4. Background to the ยง 4 Paragraph 3written decision will be based on this framework and the conditions set out for it and the circumstances that exist to be relevant for sublease.

Rules for sublease taker ยง 5. Conditions of eligibility for sublease Paragraph 1. Sublease taker must be student active and also meet the any time requirement for general admission to Bikuben Kollegiet ร˜restad. Paragraph 2. Sublease taker must send a reasoned application, which must be in Room Allocation within 6 weeks before the sublease is contemplated. Sublease taker must be approved before he/she can sublease at the dormitory.

Paragraph 3. Sublease cannot be achieved by persons who have been previously terminated from the college because of breaking of the existing regulation and House Rules. Paragraph 4. Sublease taker cannot expect to sublease more than 6 months per running 12 months, which may make an exemption pursuant to ยง 1 Paragraph 5 and ยง 9 Paragraph 1 and Paragraph 2. There cannot be guarantee that sublease taker can continue a lease at the dormitory beyond the agreed. Paragraph 5. Sublease giver can with 1 month's notice per the first in a month, terminate the lease.

ยง 6. Leases and financial obligations Paragraph 1. There is sublease for the dormitory set rents. Paragraph 2. Use of laundry settled on account. This agreed with sublease giver, pursuant to the lease. Paragraph 3. Settlement of power consumption on account. This agreed with sublease giver, pursuant to the lease. Paragraph 4. By agreeing on a sublease issued the lease containing information about the timing of entry and moving and the procedure for the rental payment. Paragraph 5. It is not allowed to continue subletting.

Paragraph 6. If sublease giver terminate its original lease, it will lead to the termination of the sublease. Paragraph 7. If sublease giver is terminated his/her original lease, will it lead to the termination of the sublease. Paragraph 8. Sublease can only be inhabited by the maximum of the original lease contact inflicted numbers. Paragraph 9. Moving in can only be made after payment of 1 month's rent and 1 month’s deposit. Paragraph 10. By sublease termination move, the rules in force for residents moving apply.

General Provisions § 7. General rules Paragraph 1. Sublease taker shall comply with the applicable House Rules and all other rules, regulations, etc., in force at Bikuben Kollegiet Ørestad. Paragraph 2. Sublease taker have the same rights as other residents have dormitory according to the alwaysexisting regulations, rules, etc., but with the exception of the following: a) Sublease taker, is not eligible for Residents Council and does not have voting rights at Resident Voting or voting at Residents Associating

This framework will always be subject to current Danish law; relevant to the circumstances that this set of rules governs.

§ 8.

Room Allocation

Paragraph 1. Room Allocation is appoint of the Residents Council and consists of one member who is represented in the Residents Council. Paragraph 2. Room Allocation manage of all proceedings in connection with the sublease and has the full right to take decisions in subletting cases. Paragraph 3. The decisions taken by Room Allocation may be made a complaint against to the Residents Council, which should happen within 2 weeks from the Room Allocation has acted.

§ 9. Dormitory’s social environment Paragraph 1. In order to achieve stability in relation to the dormitory’s social environment must Room Allocation in case of a lease wanted sublet, if possible sublease to the same tenant over the entire period. Paragraph 2. In order to achieve stability in relation to the dormitory’s social environment may Room Allocation in case of a sublease taker wish to remain at the dormitory, allowing internal moving at the dormitory. a) He/she must submit a motivated request b) For internal moving, the rules for internal moving applies
