is properly fastened by means of tight fitting bolts/pins and properly secured with either self-locking nuts or cotter-pins. The fitting bolts/pins have the diameters corresponding to the engine lugs/holes where installed.
that the shipping stand (and cradle) is free from damages (i.e. bending deformations, cracks and corrosion) and missing parts (i.e. bolts, nuts, locking devices) which may reduce the strength and stability of the shipping stand (and cradle) itself. if applicable (i.e. for GE90, Trent 800 or certain PW engines), that the stand trolley assembly is tied down onto a NAS3610 certified aircraft pallet, accordingly with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Shipper accepts the Air France general conditions of transport described on the reverse of the Air Waybill. Shipper acknowledges that by the foregoing declaration, shipper shall be liable for any damages whatsoever sustained by Air France or any third party caused by or resulting fron the actual condition of the engine stand described above is not in compliance with the condition as declared above. Shipper will indemnify and hold harmless Air France, its agents, its insurers, from all claims against Air France, its agents, its insurers arising from the use of such engine stand for transportation purpose.
