David Bobrowsky and Cory Cutler came to Rich Pittam with a vision of their dream home in Park City for their family. Th rough many collaborative meetings the dream was put on paper. You don’t fi nd many 40 acre sites so close to Park City. You feel like you are a world away but are only ten minutes from town. Th e major design criteria for this home was the marriage of contemporary architecture with the ability to be virtually self suffi cient. Th is home features its own power source should the electricity go down for an extended period of time. It has its own water supply that produces cold pure water. It has its own septic system which produces effl uent water that is 98 percent clean and can be
used for landscaping purposes. It features a state of the art geothermal heating system. Th is home utilizes the latest in foam insulation and was designed to be extremely energy effi cient. With all of that being said, the owners now have the home of their dreams in terms of exterior and interior design. Th ey had a great time picking out furniture that they have always dreamed of to make their home uniquely their own.
