MEET THE OWNER As a licensed Realtor® since 1999, and an active participant in our local and state politics for almost 10 years, Chris is Owner/Broker for Wisconsin’s Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices- Metro Realty, Green Lake, Racine/Sturtevant and the Appleton’s- Fox Cities offices. He is also Owner/Broker of 3 largely successful Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices offices in New Orleans where he has his second home.

Coming from a long standing career in politics in municipal, local and state government, serving as a Legislative Assistant and Senate Director in the Wisconsin State Senate to serving as an Assistant to Congress on the House Judiciary Committee in Washington DC, Chris has been able to bring his skills of listening, understanding and negotiating to real estate allowing him to better understand his clients and agents needs, helping them reach and achieve their goals.

Chris’s greatest achievement is owning several brokerage companies that are based on 4 basic principals; Trust, Integrity, Stability and Longevity. He prides himself on being an available Broker to each of his agents for support and guidance throughout their real estate transactions and careers. By assisting with contract negotiations, offering strong lead programs and providing technology, training and supportive staff, he ensures that his agents will grow and develop a strong financial career in this industry. When he is not not selling real estate or volunteering his time in state and local government issues, Chris enjoys spending quality time with his partner Kyle and four legged family member Biddie Mae (an adorable Corgi.) They reside in Country Club Highlands, Menomonee Falls, the same place where he grew up.

It is the centerpiece of a highly effective program designed to reach an affluent audience with the means to make a luxury or resort home purchase. Editorial Content Most luxury real estate magazines consist solely of luxury home advertisements, which often leave readers wanting more. Prestige delivers with luxury lifestyle editorial content to accompany the luxury home advertising. From design to automobiles, fi ne art to international travel, each issue of Prestige covers luxury lifestyle subjects of interest to high-end consumers. Frequency Prestige is published three times each year, in the Spring, Summer and Fall. Distribution – Two Magazines Prestige offers a minimum print distribution of 20,000, with copies direct-mailed to affluent U.S. consumers, including individuals with a net worth of $25 million and higher. The Brand Style Guide The approved brand colors for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices are BHHS "Cabernet" and BHHS "Cream." BHHS Cabernet is based on PMS (Pantone Matching System) 7659 C. BHHS Cream is based on PMS 9143 C. As there are very few instances when a printed piece will actually use PMS ink, the standard breakdowns for these colors are listed below. CMYK is mentioned for the use of printed materials. RGB or HEX numbers are intended for online use. Because most design is achieved on a computer screen, we recommend working in RGB and letting the program convert those colors into a CMYK file for printing purposes. (The standard file format required by most printers is a high resolution PDF using the preset: PDF/X-1a:2001).
