Instagram ads are without a doubt one of the best and most effective ways for you to get more likes / comments / saves / shares + more on your posts while targeting the right audience.
Let’s talk about why we would want to run an Instagram ad anyway. It gets you in front of your target audience. And it gets them engaging with our content and the goal here is that if we get them to engage with our content we will turn them into a follower and convert to a buyer. What’s very convenient about this is that the algorithm really doesn’t become so much of a factor in
this, it really relies on how you target and the ad you put out there to reach the intended audience so they engage with it and follow you and have your ad perform. Also just want to say that Instagram has a promote button but this doesn’t get your ad as far or the true potential as a well targeted ad.
Here are the step by step clicks to create your first Instagram ad. From beginning to end.
Just 26 Clicks to an Instagram ad: 1. Open Instagram and make sure you have a post you want to use for your ad 2. Open Your FaceBook Business Page (facebook has all the data) 3. On right click on Publishing tools 4. Click on All Tools 5. Under Advertise click on Ads Manager 6. Now you are in Campaigns 7. Click on Create 8. Choose a campaign objective (what do you want to achieve with this campaign) 9. Continue 10. Campaign name 11. Choose Categories> Housing (Very important for realtors to choose Housing) 12. Campaign Budget Optimization 13. Next

Engagement type> Post or Video engagement (very important when later you choose your post) 17. Location: Ventura 18. Age Group base on who is most likely to buy. Can’t change when you pick the (Special Ad Category) 19. Audience> Add demographics, write in real estate and chick suggestions browse. Add as many as you want. 20. Click on Manual Placement> remove FaceBook> leave Instagram Feed and Explore 21. Next 22. Ad Name: BHHSCPVentura Engagement 23. Identity> your Facebook and Instagram business pages 24. Ad setup> Use existing post 25. Choose post> Preview 26.Publish
