The next evening class will start on 01/24/2017 to 02/23/2017. It will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 to 9:30 PM for five weeks, for a total of ten classes. The next day class starts on 02/28/2017 and runs until 03/23/2017. It is also on Tuesday and Thursdays from 1:00 to 5:00 PM for five weeks, for a total of ten classes. FYI ... most Moseley teaching facilities offer the class in just eight classes over four weeks. However, BHG RE III has added two additional weeks to our syllabus, for a total of six weeks (12 classes), at no additional cost to the student. We feel to cover the material effectively, it takes that amount of dedicated class time. And, 99% of our former students agree! My goal is for students to not only learn the course material needed for the exams, but to gain an understanding of key concepts, real estate phrases and vocabulary, along with a good helping of risk management, to “stay out of real estate jail” once you become licensed. Unfortunately, it only takes one sentence using the “wrong words”, or a poorly phrased answer to a client’s question, to turn your real estate world upside down, with a fair housing or ethical violation placed against you, even if what was said was unintended... The cost for the Real Estate Licensing Class, when registering directly with our Instructor, Cynthia Avery, is $379.00. This includes a text book and all class materials.
