First Annual 2012 Football Classic


  PURPOSE -  To allow players/ teams around the Region an opportunity to participate in a unlimited weight tournament bowl in a safe and positive environment.   REQUIREMENTS -  All teams MUST come to KICKOFF Check-In with the following items in their team books on Friday, July 26th: -  BOOK ORDER FOR EACH PARTICIPANT SHOULD BE LISTED IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER:   Official Play Roster, listing coaching staff (up to 6 coaches and 1 team parent) four copies   Each team should be listed in jersey order number   Some form of Picture I.D. for all participants (current and face is visible-no glamour shots)   Original Birth Certificate (Age cut off 7/31/2012)   Doctors physical   Current report card reflecting all four nine weeks of current grade (original documentation)   Mandatory Play Roster (will be voted on at coaches meeting on July 26th, 2012. Please bring four copies just in case for each jersey.)   Copy of Insurance Certificate   RULES: -  M.O.T/Football Hotbed recommends and follows, NFHS rules, for football. NFHS rules are the standard in high school sports rules and regulations; by adopting and playing in accordance with these rules you are providing for a smoother transition for youth participants should they choose to compete at a higher level.

Trophies will be issued for all 1st place teams.

  Admittance Fee:   Daily -  $5.00 for Adults -  $3.00 for Children 3-12 -  Children 2 and under are FREE -  NO COOLERS, NO OUTSIDE FOOD, NO SMOKING, NO PROFANITY.   M.O.T. AND THE FOOTBALL HOTBED STAFF RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REMOVE ANY PERSON(S) FROM FACILITY IF DEEMED NECESSARY WITHOUT MONIES BEING REFUNDED.   DVD Sales via M.O.T Video Productions for Sale 30.00 per game   Team Pictures -  Team Pictures will be done at check-in. Team must come with jersey on at certification. There will be one complimentary team picture mailed to team administrator on packet per team. Additional team photos available for 10.00 and will be mailed to address on package form.
