U4U was founded by Lee Lasher and Ian Zimmerman in connection with their participation in the Berrie Fellows Leadership Program. They are assisted by others participating in the Berrie Fellowship Program and work in conjunction with the JCRC, the Jewish Community Relations Council of The Jewish Federation of Northern New Jersey.
