create a culture of kindness The Root Collective partners with small-batch makers in Guatemala to produce handcrafted shoes from handwoven textiles. Not only are they beautiful and comfortable shoes, but they are creating tremendous impact in communities in Guatemala. Mothers are able to feed their children and send them to school. Fathers are able to provide for their families. Gang violence is being tempered through access to dignified work. These are not just a pair of shoes. They are opportunity. They are kindness.
