A Prayer for Karin Lord God, thank You for Karin‘s life and for bringing her to be a blessing in our lives. Thank You for that wonderful moment in time when we met and we both knew it was a meeting of soul and spirit. I rejoice in her lively personality, her sweetness of spirit, her responsiveness, her generosity and her love of Your chosen people. Thank You for her many gifts, for we know that ―every good and perfect gift is from above‖. Thank You for sparing Karin‘s life once again. Now we ask, Lord, for a complete reversal of the many health issues that have plagued this Your daughter. We call every part of her body into wellness and wholeness. Devil, you have had your way in Karin‘s health far too long and we absolutely declare your continued activity in her body to be over—your influence null and void, in the Name and Authority of Yeshua our Messiah. Father, how You must love Karin‘s passion to get people saved. I pray that every barrier will be broken that restrains the release of ministry that You have for her. Restore the years of the locust for freedom of ministry in these last days and let the free spirit that lives in Karin take wings and soar. Karin, the kingdom of heaven is at hand and the kingdom of heaven is within you—NOW----and you will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. We make our prayer in the Name of Yeshua. Amen
A Prayer for Jackie Thank You, Father, for Jackie‘s life – for her testimony and witness and godly example. We thank You that you touched her life even as a young girl and began to build faith in her. We thank You that that faith has continued to grow in her and to bring forward many miracles and good reports even to the present time. She feels her greatest accomplishment is being a ―child of God‖ ―in whom there is no condemnation.‖ How precious she is in Your sight. Thank You for her quickness to bring another‘s need before Your throne. Promise Unlimited sees her as one of our most treasured intercessors. She may not sing like Ethel Waters but her life reflects one of true praise and worship that must delight your heart! As she gives all praise and honor and glory to You, she declares herself ―one happy Christian‖. Thank You Father for her pure heart. Thank You for her love. And thank You that she is our friend. May she be granted the deepest desires of her heart. We make our prayer in the Holy Name of Jesus. Jeanne Pearce and Snow Bacon
A Prayer for Ditha Father, how we thank You that You have brought Ditha into our lives where she has established a place in our hearts. We honor her giving and loving spirit that we know also delights You. We recognize her honesty, her forthrightness, her wisdom, her compassionate heart and her hospitality that knows no strangers. These are qualities that reflect the attributes of our Savior. You have gifted her with a special taste of beauty as well as well as a head for business--- though her business has become her ministry. You are a God of grace and mercy and we ask Your grace and mercy on Ditha. Heal all deep wounds that have touched her life. Strengthen her day by day in body, mind and spirit. May she experience Your Presence flooding her very being. Pour out Your richest blessings and Shalom on this Your daughter and those she loves. The Lord says to you Ditha, ― Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with loving-kindness I have drawn you. Again, I will build you and you shall be rebuilt‖.(Jer. 31:3-4a) We make our prayer in the Name of Yeshua our Messiah. Amen
A Prayer for Karolin Thank You Lord, for the purity of Karolin‘s spirit. Thank You for her sweetness and love that speak so clearly. How You must love her heart! For You formed her inward parts; You covered her in her mother‘s womb. She is fearfully and wonderfully made. (Ps. 139:13-14) Let those truths be planted deeply in her mind and heart so that she has the conviction that she is created to be strong and healthy—now—in You. Minister to her brokenness that she may feel nurtured and affirmed in her value. Touch the places of hurt and disappointment with Your grace and mercy and healing love. Flood her being with a sense of Your Presence and Your Joy. May Karolin once again have the experience of being a butterfly delighting in and rejoicing in Your Presence. We call you Karolin to emerge from the cocoon of fatigue and pain and weakness into a strong and healthy and joyful butterfly. Release her Lord, to that place of ministry that is her divine destiny and Your perfect will for her. Continue to anoint her hands and eyes as she uses the camera. Karolin, let this be your declaration and prayer, ― I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous are Your works and that my soul knows very well..‖ (Ps.139:14) We make our prayer in the precious Name of Jesus. Amen
A Prayer for Linda Father, we thank You for Linda‘s life and for bringing her into our lives as a positive influence and spiritual companion. Thank You for the intense desire we recognize in her to hear You clearly and to have the courage and patience—to move with You or to wait on You—in Your perfect timing. Yes, Linda, ―Wait on the Lord; be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!‖ (Ps.27:14) We thank You for the favor You have given Linda with Your other children who have special yearnings and desires that need to be heard and tapped into. Thank You for her Mother‘s heart. Help her, Lord, to remain so intently focused on and searching for the ultimate plan You have for her, that the disappointments, the prejudices, the lack of progress and responsiveness in others and all hurts, become no hindrances to her journey. Thank You for her quickness in hearing others and especially hearing You in others. Thank You for the bounty that awaits her life as Your everlasting love and lovingkindness continues to draw her. Yes, Linda, ―For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come. It will not tarry.‖ (Hab.2:3) Our prayer is made in the Name of Yeshua our Messiah. Amen
A Prayer for Evelyn Our Father, how we thank You for our friend Evelyn – so precious in Your sight and such a delight for us. She is so like Queen Esther that we know she must have ―come to the Kingdom for such a time as this‖. Certainly Patrick would agree with that as he considers the impact that she has had on his life and the ministry they have together. We lift up that ministry before You, Lord God, asking for Your mighty blessing, empowerment and establishing of parameters that bring to Your two servants the desires of their heart. Most of all, we ask freedom from barriers that impede the fulfillment of Your perfect plan for them. We give honor to the unity that is between Patrick and Evelyn that makes it almost seem inappropriate to speak of one without the other. Thank You for the particular gifting that You have bestowed upon Evelyn. As a God Who is Love, how pleased You must be when Evelyn so clearly ministers through love. Thank You for her gentle spirit, her wise ways, her old-fashioned values and her own version of Holy Boldness. We pray for an end to the desert years for Evelyn. We long for her to be restored to the beauty and joy in her physical surroundings that serve as tools for the Kingdom never becoming a priority. Restore the years of the locust and cankerworm, O Lord. How we thank You for the restoration of relationship with her sister and believe this is just a down payment on full restoration and renewal for Evelyn. We claim the promises in Isaiah 43: I have called you by your name, Evelyn. You are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned. Nor shall the flame scorch you. For I am the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. ―For you shall go out with joy, and be led out with peace; the mountains and the hills shall break forth into singing before you and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands‖. (Is.55:12) We make our prayer in the Name of our Savior, Yeshua HaMeshiach. Amen and Amen
A Prayer for Patrick Thank You, Heavenly Father, for our friend Patrick who holds such a powerful and important place in our lives. You have given him a heart of humility and purity from which to minister. He demonstrates the desire to live in Your Word and in Your Holy Presence and to bring that saving, healing power into the lives of others. We ask for a continued releasing and strengthening of Patrick and Evelyn‘s ministry outreach. Out of the depths, Patrick has cried out to You, O Lord, saying, ―Lord, hear my voice! Let Your ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications‖. (Ps.130:1) We join him in that cry. And together we thank You that he can say, as in verses 5 and 6 of that psalm, ―I wait for the Lord, my soul waits, and in His Word I do hope. My soul waits for the Lord more than those who watch for the morning—yes, more than those who watch for the morning‖. Thank You for the special bond of appreciation and unity and interdependence that we see in Your vessels, Patrick and Evelyn. Thank You for giving Patrick such a helpmate and encourager. May they always dance together! Take them both to new heights, our God, and grant the desires of their hearts. You have gifted our friend with special intuitive abilities for solving problems that may be mechanical, electronic or in other areas. You have given him wisdom far beyond his own natural ability and schooling and we know Your Hand is upon him. Just as when he sounds the shofar into our spirits, we pray his voice will proclaim the prophetic Word that reflects Your heart, Holy Spirit. And we ask that the healing anointing flow from his hands and his voice in Jesus Name. Patrick, we are confident of this very thing, that He Who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ. (Phil.1:6) O Holy One of Israel, hear our prayer in the name of Yeshua.
A Prayer for Marilyn Thank You, Father, that You have brought Marilyn into our lives as our friend. We are grateful for that moment in time when each of us recognized a common love and common commitment that was beyond our present circumstances. We are grateful that we now share each other‘s prayer responsibilities and desires. We thank You for the gifts and talents You have given Marilyn. We contend earnestly for a release for her to move into a place in You and Your will for her, where those gifts will flourish and bring Glory to Your Name. Lord God, You are an awesome God not limited by time or space and able to do what looks impossible to Your children. We ask You for a special healing for Marilyn that goes back to all areas of hurt, sense of rejection, disappointment, disillusionment and sorrow---that heals all wounds and makes her whole. We also ask You for strength and healing for her physical body today. May her youth be renewed like the eagles. We stand with Marilyn as she brings her deepest desires for her children and grandchildren before You. We claim household salvation on her behalf. Not only do we share her tremendous concern for the deep and troublesome needs that are in her family but rejoice in the potential that is so evident in them. Oh, God, help us more and more to see with Your eyes as we-or Marilyn- look at them and help Marilyn to set herself like flint in believing for their becoming all that You created them to be. Marilyn, receive this word of the Lord: ―For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, and floods on the dry ground; I will pour My Spirit on your descendants, and My blessing on your offspring. They will spring up among the grass like willows by the watercourses. One will say, ‗I am the Lord‘s‘; Another will call himself by the name of Jacob; Another will write with his hand, ‗The Lord‘s‘ and name himself by the name of Israel.‖ (Is.44:3-5) We make our prayer in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen
A Prayer for Patti Father, we thank You for Patti‘s life and for bringing her to be a part of our life. We rejoice in the ―done deal‖ that the two of You have made. Her tenacity and steadfastness in holding on to You and Your Word despite many heartbreaking disappointments, blesses and inspires us. Thank you for equipping her with a wonderful sense of humor and upbeat, positive attitude. We praise You for the physical miracles You have given her. We ask You , Lord, for a realignment of her circumstances that will free her to move in Your perfect will and allow her to use the talents You have given her to glorify Your Name. We ask that there will emerge such a rich and satisfying relationship with her children, that all former heartaches will be erased. May her memories of troublesome times bring only a greater compassion for others. Tom and Taylor , we call you into the Kingdom of God. Patti, we call you into a complete heritage both physically and spiritually. Lord God, above all, grant our precious friend a greater depth and richness in knowing You in Your fullness. We make our prayer in the wonderful Name of Jesus. Amen
A Prayer for Rebecca Father, we thank You so for the precious spirit You have placed in Rebecca and thank You that You have brought her into our lives that we might share in that spirit. Thank You for sparing her life when it was so threatened and we continue to believe for and to thank You for her complete restoration and health. Oh , Breath of Life, send Your living breath into Rebecca‘s lungs—healing, restoring and strengthening her body. May she experience divine strength day by day by day. ―Surely I will cause breath to enter in to you, and you shall live.‖(Ez.37:5b) We thank You for the special gifts You have deposited in Rebecca, especially granting her a depth of understanding, insight and wisdom so valuable in touching others. Release her, Lord, to that place of ministry that is her divine destiny and Your perfect will for her. ―Arise, shine; for your light has come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon you.‖ (Is. 60:1) We offer our prayer in the mighty and matchless Name of Jesus.
A Prayer for Snow Father, I thank You that You have allowed Snow to be a special gift to my life. Our lives are so entwined that I can‘t imagine my life without her as part of it, I praise You, too, for all that she is in blessing many other lives as well. Thank You for her unique way of expressing herself as she shares Your Wisdom with others. That desire to share is such a powerful drive in her that it affects everything she receives and everyone she knows. That must delight Your heart, O Lord! You are a multi-faceted God Who loves diversity and I know You must smile as Snow so clearly proclaims by her personality and manner, ―I am my own person – cut from no one‘s mold.‖ I thank You for the creative gifts you have given her that take form in her expressions, her poetry, her music and her outlook on life. It is my prayer that some of these creative pieces may someday be enjoyed by others and that her talents will be rewarded. I celebrate Snow‘s goodness that reflects her Father‘s goodness. I especially thank you for her gentle touch and healing hands that so often bring comfort to my body. You have blessed her with divine health in so many areas. Keep Your protective Hand upon her amd may her youth be renewed like the eagles. I am so grateful that You have granted her remarkable vision and spiritual insight even as she waits for the restoration of her physical sight. Grant this miracle to be manifested soon, Dear Lord! In love, I lift Snow up before You Jesus and ask that she may receive the deepest desires of her heart. I know they include a desire for an open heaven, the flow of rivers of living water, to know Your abiding Presence and the fulfillment of Promise Unlimited. May she always be one ―who dwells in the secret place of the Most High and abides under the shadow of the Almighty.‖ I make this prayer in the wonderful name of Yeshua, our Messiah.
A Prayer for Laura Father, I thank You for Laura‘s life and spirit and for putting her into our lives. She is so full of kindness and love as well as wonderfully good-natured and cheerful. I know her goodness is simply a reflection of Your Goodness. I know You must smile as You look to and fro throughout the whole world to see who she has become. Thank You for her quickness to see another‘s need and to automatically respond with compassion and good sense. She truly has ―not been given a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind‖. Father, I ask that Your richest blessings be bestowed upon her. Bless the works of her hands, especially as she goes about reclaiming the airwaves for You. Only You know Laura‘s greatest needs and deepest desires and I pray that You will minister to her at that level. Thank You for the quiet assurance You give Laura – that she in turn shares with others - that You are in control and that You are the Lord of timing even when it doesn‘t look that way in the natural. With Your Spirit, she delivers a calm and encouraging message to others. She truly has learned that she can call on You and that You will ―answer you and show you great and mighty things which you do not know‖. We make our prayer in the mighty and wonderful Name of Jesus.
A Prayer for Sandra Father, we thank You for Sandra and for her abiding faith. You have been her Rock through many sorrows and disappointments. We pray that Sandra‘s relationship with You would become so complete and all-encompassing, that all bitter memories would be wiped away. We join her, Lord, in interceding for her family. More than anything, we call them into Your Kingdom. We ask that each of them come to know You – as You Are – and to walk in Your guidance and Your will for their lives. We speak peace, reconciliation, forgiveness of one another and a new beginning into each heart, each life including Sandra herself. We thank You for Sandra‘s sweet and teachable spirit, her humility, her hunger, her outward and inward beauty, for her compassion and her ability to see from another‘s point of view. We thank You that You have given her gifts and talents to use. We know that You have a special place of service for her. We thank You for revealing and opening the way for her place of ministry. What joy it must bring to Your heart that Sandra so values and loves Your chosen people! We pray that Sandra will know the joy and satisfaction of having Jewish people receive and respond to her ministry outreach. Especially we ask this miracle for Jennifer. Protect her and strengthen her physically, Lord God. Take away all pain and all sense of anxiety and dread regarding her body. Renew her youth like the eagles. Sandra, grow not weary in well doing, for in due season you will reap if you do not lose heart.(Gal.6:9) I pray that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ to the glory and praise of God. (Phil.2:9-11) Amen and Amen
A Prayer for Lynda How we thank You, Heavenly Father, for Lynda‘s life and for bringing her to be a part of our life. We recognize that the gift of her friendship is one of those rare and special gifts that are to be treasured. And we know that every good and perfect gift comes from above. Lynda seeks to hear and follow You and we can only pray that her hearing would be ever clearer, her relationship with You ever closer, that the eyes of her understanding would be enlightened and that she be filled with all the fullness of God. Grant her a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of You, Lord God. We intercede with her for her family. We ask that the unity and closeness of the relationship between Lynda and Brent continue to increase and flourish. Grant the desires of her heart as she prays for Brent and for her children. May all brokenness be healed and all potential be released in their lives. Woo each of them, Holy Spirit, into a relationship with You that is intimate and complete. Thank You for the many physical manifestations of healing that Lynda has experienced. Protect her from all harm and strengthen her body to do the work You have for her. Lynda‘s love for Your chosen people, her love of Torah and her love of her Messiah must bring joy to Your heart. Guide her studies, her prayers and her outreach to the Jewish people in a way that brings rich satisfaction to her soul and pleasure to You. You have blessed Lynda with many talents and helped her develop many skills. How we thank You for that rich deposit. We know that her heart for healing has to find an appropriate outlet. We contend earnestly with Lynda that the perfect form and place of ministry be opened up and made clear to her and to her family. Together their potential multiplies. He Who has begun a good work in you will complete it unto the day of Jesus Christ. Thank You for the words of the prophet Isaiah that have impacted Lynda so deeply. We pray every part of Is.61:1-4 into her life and ministry, for indeed, the Spirit of the Lord God is upon you, Lynda. My God grant that you are able to ―Console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, That He may be glorified.‖ We make our prayer in the Name of Yeshua HaMeschiach. Amen
A Prayer for Brent Father, we give praise and thanks to You for introducing us to Brent and to the qualities that You have placed within him. We so value what we see in Brent and know it comes from You. It is our prayer that Brent himself will increasingly recognize and value what You have given him. How awesome it is to have the ability to usher Your people into Your very Presence! May this ability only be increased in Brent‘s life and in his music. Continue to pour out Your anointing on his hands, his voice, his instruments and his music. Lord, may the talents in Brent merge ever more with those You have given his children and his wife that they may speak as one voice in ministry. You are a God not limited by time or space and able to do what seems impossible in the natural. We ask, Father God, that You would send Your Spirit back in time, to erase all bitter memories and hurtful times in Brent‘s life. Release him, Lord, that he remember not the former things but may experience new roads in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.(Is.43:18-19) We pray for physical strength and stamina to do the work You have for him. We pray for Brent‘s vision to sharpen and strengthen both in the spirit realm and in his natural eyesight. Place a hedge of protection around him we pray, especially guarding him from stress and anxiety. We speak peace and deep joy into your life, Brent. ―Now may the God of peace Who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ to whom be glory forever and ever.‖ (Heb.13:20-21) Amen
A Prayer for Bob Our Father, we come lifting up our friend Bob before You. We approach You as our loving and faithful heavenly Daddy, asking Your grace, Your blessing and Your favor for Bob. Thank You, Lord God, for allowing Bob to touch our lives and an area of need in our lives in an important and significant way. We praise You for the remarkable skills and talents You have given him and even more we thank You that he has a heart to serve. How his servant‘s heart must bring joy to Your heart! His heart of service takes him to tasks of love for his family as well as meeting needs of strangers who have become the victims of natural disasters. Some of these outreaches have the potential of risk and danger to him. We call on You to station angels of protection around Bob as he responds to these needs. As we hold Bob before You to ask Your blessings on him , we remember to ask for Your favor and blessing on his love of fishing. May he experience the joy of the catch as well as an abundance in that catch. And may his being a fisher of men be even more greatly blessed. The Lord would remind you, Bob, ―If you extend your soul to the hungry And satisfy the afflicted soul, Then your light shall dawn in the darkness, And your darkness shall be as the noonday. The Lord will guide you continually, and satisfy your soul in drought, And strengthen your bones; You shall be like a watered garden, And like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail.‖ (Is. 58:10-11) We offer our prayer in the mighty Name of our Savior.
