H E L L O
Bespoke Letterpress is one of the world's leading letterpress studios designing and printing fine letterpress and hot foil stationery. Founded by Alischa Herrmann in 2007, what began as a small business based under an old timber house by the sea, Bespoke Letterpress has since grown into an international recognised and celebrated brand. Now based in Bowral in the rolling country Australian hills of The Southern Highlands, we design and print our products from our custom built flagship store, studio and letterpress cafe. We print the beautifully old fashioned way, using antique cast iron machines, printing on imported luxuriously thick paper mixed with patience, perfection and a whole lot of love. Whilst we love getting our hands inky, we are not just printers We are also highly awarded graphic designers as well. This powerful combination sees us combining our love of beautifully crafted typography and subtle illustrations, with exquisite print craftsmanship for the most exceptional stationery possible. Our range of everyday stationery includes greeting cards, gift tags, desktop stationery, writing sets, notebooks and our world famous double sided gift wrap.

We are incredibly proud to have opened our Flagship store in our hometown of Bowral, in the beautiful Southern Highlands, Australia. Combining our love of stationery, with clean design and our undying love for coffee, as part of this space, we also have branched into the world of hospitality and opened The Press Shop Cafe. This space creates a whole experience whereby visitors can watch from behind our glass wall, us printing on our vintage printing presses, whilst they enjoy browsing our stationery, sipping on delicious coffee and enjoying our housemade organic food. We like to think of this as more then just a store, it is an experience. As well as our flagship store we often open pop up stores in iconic Australian buildings such as The Strand Arcade, and The Queen Victoria Building, Sydney. Through opening theses stores, it has given us the experience of knowing what it's like on the other side of the fence. The life of retail, the art of buying and selling, the knack of knowing your customer and bringing to them products, at the right price, you know they will love. We live and breath retail just as much as you do. Should you ever find yourself in the beautiful rolling hills of The Southern Highlands of Australia, we would love to share a little of our space with you.

CANCELL ATIONS, RETURNS AND
Most of our products are printed in house on our vintage cast iron printing presses, the oldest dating back to 1893. Hand fed one sheet at a time, this does mean that each print can be slightly different to the next in terms of colour saturation, impression and placement.
Occasionally certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified of any items that are backordered and if directed we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it out immediately unless directed otherwise.
EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of the printed impression, this can result in show through, marks, burn or scuffing to the rear of the print. The difference from one product to another reflects the handmade quality of letterpress printing. BECOMING A RETAILER:
To be considered to stock Bespoke Letterpress, we have an application form available on our website. We strive to build great relationships with each of our stockists and welcome input and feedback regarding our goods and services. As we continue to grow and build our brand, we recognise the importance of our stockists and appreciate your interest in Bespoke Letterpress
TURNAROUND TIME
We endeavour to make sure that all our products listed on our website are in stock an the pricing is up to date and correct. Our standard turnaround time is between 1-3 business days depending upon availability and receiving payment authorisation for the purchase. In the event that an ordered item is not in stock, or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know as soon as possible of a revised turnaround time. Otherwise, we could offer an agreeable alternative item, or a full refund if necessary. SHIPPING
We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing your order. Any reductions to your order, or cancellations not reported within 24 hours will be issued a restocking fee of 20% of the total order. Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Damages or defective merchandise must be reported within five days of receipt. Refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling and any other charges included. We do not accept return on unsold merchandise. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging. If your order was shipped with the incorrect items, please notify us within five days of its arrival. TERRITORY
Bespoke Letterpress carefully reviews the location of all retailers to protect territories. Bespoke Letterpress has the right to determine exclusivity based on your zip code and other criteria. To maintain territory exclusivity, retailers must remain active and order at minimum $4000 wholesale value per year.
Bespoke Letterpress is committed to producing high quality, unique stationery products that will compliment a variety off retailers. We aim to build lifelong relationships with our retailers and are committed to delivering only the highest quality produces and the highest quality service.
All orders are shipped form our fulfillment center in Sydney, Australia.
Shipping costs are charged at the time of order, and will be included on your final invoice.
