STUDIO I: KIOSK DESIGN

For this project we were tasked to create a three dimensional structure created from a Durafoam block that had concaved and convexed features. The structure was also required to be curvilinear and non-representational.

For this project we were responsible for designing an informational kiosk for a non-profit organization of our choice. I chose the World Wildlife Fund, commonly known as WWF. The Kiosk is interactive and allows viewers to relax and watch informational videos about the fund, or donate money through the electronic donation box. The kiosk is deemed to be placed in a mall so my color scheme is very green to catch shopper’s attention.

STUDIO II: RESIDENTIAL DESIGN PROJECT

STUDIO II: RESIDENTIAL DESIGN PROJECT

This project was based soley on developing our knowledge of residential design for a family that is atypical from the rest of society. We were allowed to chose what home we would be designing and the type of “special” family that would be inhabiting the space. Along with designing a fully fucntional space, we were required to follow the ADA rules, and the NKBA Kitchen and Bathroom codes.
