Skyhawks Multi-Sport (Soccer, Baseball & Flag Football) Multi-sport camps are designed to introduce young athletes to a variety of different sports in one setting. For this program, we combine Soccer & Baseball into one fun-filled week. Athletes will learn the rules and essential skills of each sport, along with vital life lessons such as respect and teamwork. All participants receive a ball, t-shirt and a merit award. Participants should wear appropriate clothing, shin guards, and running shoes; bring two snacks, a water bottle, a baseball glove, and sunscreen.

Tennis - Camp Ralleyball The tennis camp is designed to be beginner friendly and to engage young children in tennis as a team sport, while having fun with their friends and learning basic skills. Tennis has never been easier to play and learn. By using NEW progression tennis balls and a games-based approach to learning, your child will be able to rally the ball in the first hour of the very first class! The camp format includes station rotations where campers will be exposed to a variety of tennis skills and games. Campers will be placed on teams and play for Team Of The Week and Camper Of The Week. A strong emphasis will be placed on attitude, effort and sportsmanship. Participants must provide their own racquet, tennis shoes, snack, water bottle, hat and sunscreen.

TAI CHI MIX Interested in reducing stress, increasing energy, and regaining balance? Well then the Tai Chi Mix class will help you find it! The class is for beginners to advanced students. The first hour will be spent on the basic tai chi movements. Tai Chi is a set of specific movements that take on the appearance of a dance. This is a non-contact and non combative way of improving health and physical control. It is also a kind of moving meditation, where the mind centers itself on each movement producing an inner calm. The second hour will focus on weapons. The course will start with using a sword to help you find balance and flow. If you are advancing and the majority of the class is comfortable with proceeding to the next weapon we will begin the “Fan” forms. Where the sword helps you find your internal “Chi,” the fan will help you smooth the flow of your “Qi.” With both techniques you will improve your balance and muscle tone.
