MAIN HALL

CAPACITY

At a cost of only $34 per hour, the Main Hall holds 150 people, (seated) and is ideal for weddings, parties, dance schools and large meetings. You can also arrange the hall into theatre-style for 178 people. If your organisation is a not-for-profit group, the cost is only $16.50 per hour. The price includes the use of our commercial kitchen, tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery and a roof-mounted projector and microphone. There is a safe outdoor play area for children.

KITCHEN FACILITIES Kitchen facilities are available in each community room and include hot water system, crockery and cutlery. Main Hall and Meeting Room 3 have a fridge and stove.

GARBAGE REMOVAL There is no garbage removal service available for hirers. Garbage must be removed from the halls/rooms and taken away by hirer. PARKING There is onsite parking for 16 cars and 4 Accessible parking spaces SET UP & PACK DOWN No set up service can be provided for this venue. Hirers are required to leave the room as they found it. Please refer to Terms & Conditions of Hire.

This is our computer room and it is suitable for training sessions. Meeting Room 1 seats up to 12 people or 20 theatrestyle. Charges are affordable at between $8* and $11 per hour.

MEETING ROOM 2 Seats up to 12 people or 30 theatre-style. Cost is between $8* and $11.50 per hour. This room is also suitable for smaller parties and meetings. There is a nook with modern furniture, creating a chill-out zone. The room has a wall-mounted TV, a sink and boiling water on tap for making tea or coffee. 3


COMMERCIAL KITCHEN

OFFICE SPACE

The price of hiring the Main Hall includes the use of the commercial kitchen, including crockery and cutlery. There is a fridge, large commercial stove and dishwasher for your use.

Suitable for interviewing and counselling. We have three offices and two of them have a sink. Office space hire includes access to the main kitchen. Cost: Hourly $5.50* to $7.50 per hour, or daily rate between $21.50* and $28.

MEETING ROOM 3 Holds up to 60 people, seated, or 80 theatre style. Cost is between $9* and $24 per hour. This room is suitable for smaller parties and meetings. It has a huge wall mounted TV, perfect for projection from your laptop and a microphone. It has a goodsized kitchen and an outside area (see picture at right).

All rooms in the centre and supplied with furniture which you can configure to suit your needs.
