Historical EP Recruitment 2010 Reaching 500 EPs RA AIESEC Ukraine set specific large International Cooperations to provide to Ukrainian youth international experiences that will be their truly impactful life-changing experiences.

STRATEGY FOR MT/TT WAVE Ukrainian young people develop their entrepreneurial skills through discovering the markets and business of Asian economy leaders India, Mainland of China and apply their experience in Ukrainian companies.


WHAT ARE UN MILLENIUM GOALS? At the 2000 UN Millennium Summit, world leaders from rich and poor countries alike committed themselves - at the highest political level - to a set of eight time-bound targets that, when achieved, will end extreme poverty worldwide by 2015. The Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) are eight international development goals that all 192 United Nations member states and at least 23 international organizations have agreed to achieve by the year 2015. WHAT IS YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE? Before promotion campaigns you must have the needed profile very clear to define the right message! And this information was got from Talent Management and Exchange Area. To define this target, we must know how to answer the questions:  What kind of people we want to recruit to each country, project and pool?  How many people should we attract to select?  What are the motivation and insights of our target audience?  What are the key benefits of AIESEC exchange programs that are better than competitor’s benefits (e.g. Work&Travel)?  In which universities and courses we must promote it?

WHAT ARE THE MESSAGES? Promotion will be based on United

Nations

Millenium Goals. According to Why Strategy we will deliver message about the Goals of the whole world to be achieved by 2015 and the possibility to make your own contribution due to AIESEC Exchange Program. Promotion will be based on specific projects and countries which are making contribution into solving world problems in accordance to UN Millenium Goals.

Message for DT wave Primary message: AIESEC internship program is a possibility to make your own impact into solving of global problems according to United Nations Millenium Goals that were set by world leaders and were agreed to be achieved by the year 2015.

Secondary message: During AIESEC internship you have a possibility to spend 2 months working in international social project with youth from all over the world, to develop your leadership skills, discover new countries, make new friends and receive unforgettable impressions.

Message for MT/TT wave AIESEC internship program is a possibility to develop your entrepreneurial skills through discovering the markets and business of Asian economy leaders: India, Mainland of China and apply your experience in Ukrainian companies.
