ACCESSING LEADS Leads are made available to Agents through our lead management system. Each lead is categorized based on source and potential fit with our team’s expertise.

LEAD DISTRIBUTION Leads are distributed among our Agents using a Round Robin System. However, some leads may be assigned to Agents based on factors such as: • Demographic location • Particular buyer preferences • Expertise in specific property types or areas • Team Commitments for Lead Generation • Lead Conversion

At TBC, we prioritize lead conversion. To maintain our high standards, we commit to: • Promptly contacting leads within 15 minutes of receiving them.

• Following up with leads consistently and professionally.

• Providing excellent customer service throughout the entire process.

COLLABORATION Team collaboration is essential to our success. We pledge to: • Share insights, strategies, and best practices with fellow team members.

• Assist one another when needed, fostering a culture of mutual support.

• Attend team meetings, training, and team coaching sessions to enhance our skills and stay updated on industry trends.

DAILY STANDARDS To maintain our reputation for excellence, we adhere to daily standards, including: • Responding to emails and calls within 15 minutes; no longer than an hour shall pass without responding to a lead.

• Providing clear and accurate information to clients. You should know your market stats.

• Updating our CRM system with lead status and interactions daily.

• Conducting prospecting and lead nurturing activities daily.

• Online Leads require a “10 Days of Pain” follow-up plan.
