Once you have decided to let us meet your new build needs, you will be fully supported throughout the following process:

Our recommended finance partners can create a custom finance package that works for you. You are assigned to one of their experienced team, who will be there to offer you the benefit of their support and guidance from the very start. By offering low bank rate finance and the chance to defer payments until your home is complete, you can ensure financial protection throughout your project.

We have access to a huge selection of sites and know the precise details of each one. If you don’t see just the right thing, don’t worry. We’ll find it for you, or you can show us a section that has caught your eye elsewhere. Either way, we’ll happily work through all the necessary research with you.

We introduce you to one of our talented designers that you will work with to create a plan that complements your site and matches your requirements. You can have as much or as little input as you want in this process: use one of our existing designs as a starting point or bring us your own vision to work on. Once you’ve found your dream site then it’s time to make an offer. Usually this is a conditional offer, subject to a period of due diligence, during which we finalise the necessary checks and research on the land. With the conditional offer accepted, you have secured the section typically without laying down any money.

Each of our trusted building partners has a long history of producing work of the highest standard and offers a comprehensive 10-year Master Builders guarantee. Depending on the location of your build, the timing, size and overall complexity of your project, we would look to introduce you to the builder we believe best fit your needs.

Everything is now in place and you are ready to begin making your dream home a reality. With the comprehensive information we have provided about every aspect of your project, you can be comfortable that you can build the home you’ve always wanted within the budget you wish to spend. You now make the final step with confidence, declaring the land unconditional and finalising the building contract. We assign you to an experienced project manager who will be available and happy to answer any queries you may have from this point on. For your peace of mind, you are also provided with regular updates as the work progresses
